Sheldon came into PCR care from a local partner shelter after he was surrendered by his owner because they were moving to a place that didn't allow cats. Although he probably had some outdoor exposure, he has shown his foster family that he is very content being an indoor only cat.


Sheldon should have been named Teddy Bear because all he wants from people is to be hugged and squeezed (gently) and loved. He rolls over for belly rubs, purrs and arches his body when you pet him, and genuinely appreciates a warm blanket, a soothing hand and a bowl of food. For Sheldon, life is truly that simple.


 

Sheldon may be adopted as a single boy to a forever family who will not spend long hours away from the home, or to a home with another like minded, chill personality kitty. (Date of birth: 2/2014)







Please note that cats adopted through PetConnect Rescue must be indoor only, and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue).
